SAFETY OFFICER with Experience as a TIMEKEEPER
Job Description
- Developing all required documents, inspecting site operation, and reporting to HSE Management including corrective and preventive measures on-site.
- Follow-up the action plan related to risk assessment of the works assigned.
- Assist with the implementation of job safety analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
- Developing HS toolbox meetings on site.
- Participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses.
- Manage data for many employees at once while quickly resolving issues that can cause delays in payroll processing Adjust (hours) hours worked and any time off (leave) an employee has recorded Approve an employee’s timecard at the end of each pay period
- Have visible access to an employee’s time worked and leave Assign schedules View an employee’s vacation, sick leave, and comp time balances and total hours worked.
- Modify custom fields such as overtime and meal break designations Process historical edits (time adjusted for prior periods that have been signed off) Review departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time is accurately recorded and complete
- Assist supervisors and employees with controls or inquiries regarding Call Time
Qualification
- High School Diploma required, Associates or equivalent experience preferred.
- With Nebosh and IOCH certificates
- With 5+ years of working experience (5 yrs. minimum in a supervisory role)
- Must have experience in Oil and Gas in GCC.
- Knowledge and understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulation and risk assessment.
- Good in English speaking as well as good in report writing skills
- Must have Light Driver's License in Qatar.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
