Summary
In your role as Interaction Coordinator, you will be coordinating interaction and donation activities across the following countries: Switzerland, BHSA, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. From time to time, countries in scope may change as deemed necessary based on internal review. Your role will be responsible for ensuring all interaction and donation activities are completed in accordance with applicable Baxter policies.

As well as donations Baxter provides interactions to foster legitimate scientific exchange, and product safety or to provide community or patient support.
What will you be doing?
Reviewing interactions and donations to ensure compliance with policies.
Identifying non-compliance issues and working with key internal teams (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, etc) to resolve issues.
Tracking interaction and donation requests within the compliance tool to ensure timely processing and closure.
Providing guidance on how to utilize the compliance tool to key internal customers.
Reporting on interaction status, disclosure reporting, and coordinating compliance committee/CMC meetings.
Understanding local regulations of the countries in scope
Who are we looking for?
Person with a strong customer service focus, attention to detail and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
Fluent Polish and English speaker (additional knowledge of the German, French or Italian language would be a plus).
Experienced individual in enforcing compliance with company policies, (prior experience and working knowledge of EFPIA, Medtech code and local country transparency regulations in Eastern Europe or Turkey, would be a huge advantage).
Effective communicator in a clear and concise manner (working knowledge of information systems such as Pega, JD Edwards and Concur a plus).
Educational qualifications in finance are desirable.
