POSTE
As a Client Development Intern with us, you will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small but dynamic and multitask team.
POSITION:
Internship position starting on 1 July 2023 with minimum of 4 months to 6 months duration.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the organization of Clienteling actions: events and client experiences coordination in line with Louis Vuitton’s marketing strategy and standards
- Support in client’s event from pre-event to post event; sending invites, appointment hosting and scheduling, F&B arrangement, logistics, reception, following up with vendors and retail team etc
- Collaborate with retail team to select clients; Coordinate hospitality programs for local or international events
- Support in client gifting delivery arrangement for different client events and celebrations in timely and qualitative manner
- Analyse events and client experiences results and compile feedback reports when needed
PROFIL
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Requirements:
- Strong command in events and project coordination with good organizational skills
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office skill especially in Excel and Power Point application
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details
- Team player, proactive, agile, highly driven with an outgoing charisma
- Strong communications in English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury, lifestyle; Experience in retail is an asset
- Fashion / Marketing /Communications students are encouraged to apply.
