ICF Next is one of Europe's leading integrated communication agencies, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union.
We are looking for a public relations trainee as of September 11th for a period of 6 months. You will find some more information on the role and expectations below.
Main responsibilities:
- Mapping of media outlets, stakeholder organizations and influencers within the framework of European projects/campaigns

Managing and updating databases- Pitching and reaching out to media outlets, stakeholder organizations and influencers by e-mail and phone (mostly in English but any additional languages is an asset)
- Ensuring the set-up and sending of mailings and surveys via dedicated tools
- Checking online content generated by online users
- Assessing the content based on a set of community guidelines and flagging the content that is not in line with these guidelines
- Monitoring of PR and social media activities and project/campaign pick up
- Analysis, reporting and presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations
Requirements :
- Attention to details
- Good storytelling and pitching skills
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (any other language will be considered an asset)
- Good understanding of EU institutions and interest in communicating about EU policies to EU citizens
- At ease with Microsoft Office, mailings and survey tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented and can-do mindset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness in acquiring new skills and undertaking new tasks
- Quick learner, receptive to new information and assignments
