- Conduct Thorough Due Diligence: You will be responsible for conducting business due diligence on companies that are onboarding the IEO. This involves a comprehensive review of their business model, financials, market position, and more.
- Liaise on Tokenomics: You will work closely with companies that are fundraising to understand and advise on their tokenomics. This requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Execute Campaigns: You will oversee the execution of fundraising campaigns on the platform, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This would include communications with the legal and tech departments to ensure thorough legal and technical due diligence is conducted.
- Manage Post-Fundraising Activities: After a fundraising campaign is completed, you will manage the post-fundraising activities, ensuring all obligations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.

- Conducting business due diligence on companies onboarding the IEO.
- Liaising with fundraising companies on their tokenomics.
- Coordinating legal and tech due diligence with the respective departments.

- Fully managing post-fundraising activities.
- Continuously improving the due diligence and campaign execution processes.
- Building strong relationships with companies that have fundraised on the platform.
Requirements for this role
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a role involving business and financial analysis, preferably in the finance, venture capital, or private equity industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Experience in execution of fundraising exercises is a plus.
